India cuts export duties on petrol, diesel and aviation fuel from Sept 16

The Indian government has reduced export levies on petrol, diesel, and aviation turbine fuel, with the new rates coming into force on September 16. The export duty on petrol was cut by one rupee, bringing it down to fifty paise per litre. Diesel export levies saw a steeper reduction of five rupees, now standing at twenty rupees per litre.
