SC Refuses to Stay CJP's Sept 5 March, Schedules Hearing for Sept 10

The Supreme Court declined to issue interim orders to halt a planned march by the CJP scheduled for September 5, which petitioners argued could cause unrest ahead of the BRICS summit.
