Bombay HC orders CBI probe into Disha Salian's death, questions Mumbai Police inaction

The Bombay High Court has ordered a Central Bureau of Investigation probe into the death of Disha Salian, former manager of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The court raised serious concerns over Mumbai Police's failure to register an FIR despite the family's allegations of gang rape and murder. Authorities had only filed an Accidental Death Report, which the court found inconsistent with available evidence. The court also noted that copies of the post-mortem report and ADR were withheld from the family for several years.
