Aubrey Plaza sells Los Feliz home for $4.375M, below her 2022 purchase price

Actress Aubrey Plaza has sold her Spanish-style property in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles for $4.375 million. The sale price falls short of both the original $6.5 million listing and the $4.7 million she and her late husband, director Jeff Baena, paid for it in 2022. The 4,064-square-foot home features four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a pool, wine cellar, steam room, and screening room. The transaction comes shortly after Plaza welcomed her first child with actor Christopher Abbott.
