Army JCO Injured in Landmine Blast During Patrol in J&K's Rajouri

A Junior Commissioned Officer was injured in a landmine explosion in the Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir. The victim, Naib Subedar Hiteshwar Gogoi of the 14 Assam Regiment, was on a routine patrol near the Line of Control when the blast occurred. He was promptly evacuated and taken for medical treatment following the incident. Authorities believe the explosion was caused by a displaced landmine, a recurring hazard in the region.
