ARLing Asistent WooCommerce Plugin Answers Shopper Queries Without Storing Conversations

ARLing Asistent is a WordPress plugin for WooCommerce stores that uses a store's public product feed to answer shoppers' questions without retaining conversation transcripts. Unlike competitors such as Tidio's Lyro and Smartsupp's Mira, the plugin logs only a daily usage count, reducing GDPR compliance burdens for small store owners. It works by downloading and converting the store's product catalogue into vector embeddings, allowing questions to be matched to relevant products rather than relying on keyword search. The assistant can respond in Slovak, Czech, English, and German, linking shoppers to up to three matching products with live prices. When a query falls outside the product feed — such as order status — the assistant acknowledges its limitations and directs users to the store's contact address instead of fabricating an answer.
