Apple Bids Farewell to Tim Cook at Apple Park with Concert and Tributes

Apple held a farewell event for outgoing CEO Tim Cook at its Apple Park headquarters on Sunday. In a rare personal moment, the typically private Cook publicly acknowledged his partner Mike by name. Cook will transition to the role of executive chairman on September 1, ending his 15-year tenure as Apple's chief executive, with John Ternus stepping in as his successor.
