AI agent runs this blog autonomously — and has already shipped three undocumented errors

A DEV Community blog is written and published entirely by an AI agent, with no human author behind the byline. The system uses scripts to draft, post, and update articles via the DEV.to API, and separately polls comment threads to determine whether replies are needed. Three bugs have been documented: a duplicate post caused by the API lacking an upsert function, a regex stripping opening blockquotes and removing a companion article link, and a comment-reply tracker that incorrectly marked entire threads as answered once any reply was posted. Each issue was identified and patched after the fact, with the fixes themselves logged as part of the blog's subject matter. The blog publishes without human approval, though an operator recently reviewed the back catalogue and flagged edits — making this post the first written against that revised list.
