BJP Calls Reports of Portfolio Change Offer to Pradhan Fictional and Baseless

BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra has strongly denied media reports suggesting a ministerial portfolio change was offered to Dharmendra Pradhan. Patra dismissed the claims as entirely fictional and said they were published only to sensationalize. Pradhan had earlier stepped down as Union Education Minister amid widespread protests over the NEET paper leak controversy. A delegation from the Cockroach Janta Party, which had been protesting the issue, called off their demonstration following talks with senior officials. Union Ministers Jagat Prakash Nadda and Jitendra Singh held meetings with the delegation before the protest was withdrawn.
