Afghanistan climb to seventh in ODI rankings after win over Zimbabwe

Afghanistan have moved up to seventh place in the latest ICC men's ODI team rankings following their victory over Zimbabwe. The result matches the highest ranking they first reached in May 2025. Afghanistan dismissed Zimbabwe for 169 and then chased the target comfortably. Ibrahim Zadran's unbeaten 70 led the successful run chase. India remain at the top of the table, with New Zealand and South Africa behind them.
