Adani Defence Signs Ammunition Supply Deal With Indo-Russian Rifles Venture

Adani Defence has entered into a supply agreement with Indo-Russian Rifles, a joint venture, for small-calibre ammunition intended for the AK-203 assault rifle. The deal aligns with India's push to boost domestic defence manufacturing under its self-reliance initiatives. Adani Defence has developed small-calibre ammunition production capabilities within India, including an operational facility in Kanpur. The partnership is expected to support the Indian Army's requirements for AK-203 ammunition through locally manufactured supplies.
