Two Kolkata Police Deputy Commissioners Suspended Over Anti-Adhikari Remarks

Two senior Kolkata Police officers have been suspended in connection with remarks made against BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari in 2025. Das is currently residing in the Uttarpara police station area of Hooghly district in West Bengal. He allegedly exploited the victim's desire for employment by falsely presenting himself as a high-ranking civil servant. The case highlights a growing concern over fraudsters impersonating government officials to deceive job seekers. Authorities are reportedly involved in the matter following the complaint.
