11 fall ill, 3 kids in ICU after dead lizard found in birthday cake near Mumbai

Eleven people, including seven children, fell ill with suspected food poisoning after eating a birthday cake near Mumbai. Three of the children are currently admitted to the ICU but are reported to be in stable condition. The children discovered a dead lizard inside the cake, which is believed to have caused the illness. Authorities have seized cake samples from Chamunda Cake Shop to conduct food safety tests.
